GREEN-WHITE SALAD
Ingredients:
· 150 gr Seal of Quality bacon
· 1 kg potatoes
· 1/4 l Seal of Quality milk
· 750 gr spinach
· 2 garlic cloves
· 1/2 glass Seal of Quality sour cream
· 50 gr freshly grated nutmeg
· oil, salt, black pepper
Preparation:
Chop the bacon into fine pieces and fry. Rinse and
boil the spinach in salted water. Drin it then rinse
in cold water. Add garlic and black pepper to the spinach.
Cut half boiled potatoes into thin round pieces. Put
one layer in a greased ovenproof pan then cover with
the bacon seasoned with some salt and nutmeg. Continue,
making several layers. Cover the layered potatoes with
spinach and add mixture of cheese and sour cream with
some salt over the top. Sprinkle with oil and bake at
200 C for about 30-35 minutes.
