CHICKEN CUTLETS WITH CHEESE
Ingredients:
· 4 chicken breasts
· 4 tablespoons Seal of Quality sour cream
· 150 gr Seal of Quality Gouda cheese
· 50 gr oil
· 50 gr Parmesan cheese
· 2 eggs
· salt, black pepper and flour
Preparation:
Separate the chicken from the bones and grind. Add
some Parmesan, sour cream, salt, black pepper and diced
Gouda cheese. Mix it all well, make cutlets and roll
them in eggs and flour. Fry the cutlets in hot oil.
Serve with tomato sauce.
