Quality Control Laboratory

  The laboratory and the Association of Private Meat and Dairy Producers in Macedonia have the shared objective of production of meat and dairy products with a proven, consistent and guaranteed quality that satisfy consumer needs.

The methods applied in the laboratory are modern and internationally recognized (approved by the US Public Health Association).
All kinds of fresh milk and dairy products, as well as all kinds of raw meat and meat products are tested in the laboratory. Chemical and microbiological parameters of the said raw materials and products are tested to ensure that they maintain compliance with the health assurance requirements.
